Cucumber Salad
Prep time: About 20 minutes
Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 3 T. water
- 3 T. sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let stand 15 minutes.
Good served with Vietnamese chicken.
