Yogurt-garlic Sauce
(Turkish Sarmisakli Yogurt Sos)

Makes: 4 - 6 servings




  1. Whisk together the garlic and yogurt until the mixture is very smooth.
  2. Cover and refrigerate mixture at least 15 minutes.

Good served with zucchini fritters.
