Vitello Tonnato

Makes: 4 servings





  1. Mash together tuna, garlic, mayonnaise, mustard, wine and salt to make a smooth sauce.

  2. Place sliced meat on 4 plates, pour on sauce and top with capers and anchovys.

Serve with fresh bread or garlic bread and a salad.
