Sweet and Sour Pork

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Prep time: About 10 minutes
Makes: 2 servings





  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok. Stir-fry pork cubes 5 minutes until browned.
  2. Add garlic and bell pepper and cook 3 minutes.
  3. Add green onions, ginger and tomato. Cook 3 minutes.
  4. Add pineapple, with liquid, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Cook 3 minutes.
  5. Add water as needed to keep stir-fry from getting dry.
  6. Serve over steamed rice.
