Makes: 2 servings





  1. Heat oil in 1 quart pan. Fry onions 5 minutes.
  2. Add farro and continue frying 5 minutes with stirring.
  3. Add water, cover pan and simmer on very low heat 30 minutes until tender.

Good served as a side dish, as a base for salads, or as filler for stuffed bell peppers .
