Chinese Salad


Prep time: About 10 minutes
Cooking time: About 12 minutes

Makes: 6 servings





  1. Toast almonds and sesame seeds 12 min. in oven at 300 deg. F.

  2. Put oil, vinegar, mustard, and one package of Ramen flavoring in a small jar with a lid. Tighten lid and shake vigorously to make salad dressing.

  3. Crush Ramen noodles in their packages.

  4. Just before serving, mix in a large bowl the cabbage, onions, crushed noodles, almonds and sesame seeds. Add salad dressing and toss well.
