Chili Lime Sauce
Prep time: About 20 minutes
Makes: 4 T.
- 2 T. lime juice (from 1 lime)
- 2 T. Caramel Fish sauce
- 1/4 t. chili powder
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Blend ingredients and let stand 15 minutes.
Keeps for a week in a capped bottle in refrigerator.
Good with Lemongrass Beef.
