  1. Heat the oil in a wok (or heavy skillet) and stir fry onions 3 minutes.
  2. Add garlic and Cajun seasoning and stir-fry 2 minutes.
  3. Add bell peppers and stir-fry 2 minutes.
  4. Add chopped cabbage and butter and simmer 15 minutes.

Good served as side dish or as substitute for sourkraut on hot dogs.
