Snow Pea & Mushroom Stir-Fry


Cooking time: About 4 minutes
Prep time: About 10 minutes

Servings: 2





  1. Mix corn starch with 1/2 cup COLD water and set aside.
  2. Make a broth with wine and soy sauce and set aside.
  3. In a hot wok, heat olive oil and ginger and stir-fry for 10 sec.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and stir-fry 30 sec.
  5. Add wine/soy sauce broth. Cover and steam 1 minute.
  6. Cut snow peas in half, add to wok and stir-fry 1 minute.
  7. Add cornstarch/water broth and stir-fry 1 minute.
  8. Serve hot.
