Sauteed Shrimp


Cooking time: About 5 -10 minutes
Prep time: About 5 minutes

Makes: 2 - 3 servings





  1. Heat olive oil in a pan, and saute garlic 3 minutes. Remove garlic.
  2. If using raw shrimp, saute 5 minutes, with stirring until they turn pink.
  3. Add herbs and white wine.
  4. Simmer, covered, 3 minutes.
  5. Serve warm, poured over polenta toast or rice.
