Pork Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients
- 3 lb. pork baby back ribs
- 1 T. chili powder
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 2 t. Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 deg. F.
- Mix sugar, chili powder, cinnamon and Creole seasoning in small bowl.
- Rub mixture evenly on the ribs.
- Line with aluminum foil a baking pan big enough to hold ribs in single layer.
- Add water to pan, cover with foil and bake 1 hour.
- Brush ribs with syrup and broil 4 - 5 minutes on each side.
