Pepita Sauce


Cooking time: 5 minutes
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Makes: 1/2 cup





  1. Spread pepitas on a baking sheet and toast them 5 minutes in 300 deg. F oven.
  2. Put pepitas into a food blender and blend until finely chopped.
  3. Add oil, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth.
  4. Good as a salad dressing or as a dip.
