Makes: 1 serving
- 1/2 cup Quaker Oats (or steel-rolled oats)
- 3/4 cup almond milk (or regular milk)
- 2 T. Craisins (or blueberries)
- 1 T. pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- Stir all ingredients into a ceramic (microwave safe) coffee cup
- Loosely cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
- Enjoy for breakfast - cold or reheated in a microwave.
