Fried Fish with Mojo De Ajo


Prep time: About 10 minutes
Cooking time: About 12 minutes

Makes: 2 servings




Directions -

  1. Marinate fish in lime juice 1 hour in refrigerator.
  2. Mix flour and seasoning on a plate.
  3. Coat fish with flour.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Fry fish 5 minutes.
  5. Turn fish and fry another 2 minutes.
  6. Pour wine and 2 T. mojo de ajo between fillets and steam, covered 5 minutes.
  7. Place fillets on plates and pour sauce over each.
