Chicken Mushroom Taco

Cooking time: 20 minutes
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Makes: 1 serving



  1. In a dry skillet on medium heat fry the chicken breast 10 minutes. Turn and fry 5 minutes.
  2. Remove chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Meanwhile heat oil in pan and saute mushrooms and onions 10 minutes in a separate pan.
  4. Add enchilada sauce and cubed chicken. Saute 3 minutes.
  5. Place mixture in tortilla, wrap and serve.
