Makes: 2 servings
- 4 oz. broccolini spears
- 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 t. garlic salt
- 1 T. grated parmesan
- Place broccolini in shallow pan. Add olive oil and stir to coat broccolini.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt and place in broiler shelf closest to the burner.
- Broil 5 minutes. Turn spears over and broil another 5 minutes until tips carmelize.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
