Bell Pepper Saute

  1. Remove core and seeds from peppers.
  2. Cut peppers and onion into 1/4-inch wide strips.
  3. Heat olive oil in wok or heavy pot.
  4. Add all ingredients and saute 15 minutes at medium heat.
  5. Serve as side dish, use in tacos or garnish on roasted meat.
