Bell Pepper Saute

Ingredients
- 1 lb. bell peppers (2), red and yellow
- 8 oz. onion (red, yellow or white)
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- 1/4 t. chili powder
Directions
- Remove core and seeds from peppers.
- Cut peppers and onion into 1/4-inch wide strips.
- Heat olive oil in wok or heavy pot.
- Add all ingredients and saute 15 minutes at medium heat.
- Serve as side dish, use in tacos or garnish on roasted meat.
