Beet Dip
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour
Makes: 16 oz.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. beets
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 t. ground cinnamon
Directions
- Boil beets 1 hour and cool.
- Peel beets and puree.
- Add Greek yogurt and cinnamon and blend.
Good as a dip for chips or spread on bread.
