Asparagus Turkey Noodle Salad


Prep time: About 10 minutes
Cooking time: About 5 minutes

Makes: 2 servings





  1. Steam asparagus 5 minutes until barely tender.
  2. Blend sesame oil, peanut butter, vinegar, water and soy sauce.
  3. Before opening the Ramen noodle package, crush the noodles.
  4. Pour the noodles into a salad bowl. Discard the flavor packet.
  5. Add all other ingredients, stir to coat with the dressing, and serve.
