Makes: 10 - 15 servings





  1. Cut cucumber into 1/4 - inch thick slices.
  2. Marinate cucumbers 30 minutes with vinegar and dill.
  3. Cut bread into 3/8 - inch thick slices
  4. Spread brie cheese on each slice.
  5. Arrange bread slices on large serving tray.
  6. Top each slice with a cucumber.


You can use other breads, such as rye, baguette, or pumpernickle.
