Baked Salmon Florentine

Prep time: About 15 minutes

Directions

  1. Cook spinach as per directions. Drain.
  2. Coat sides and bottom of 6x10" baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Layer onions, cilantro, cooked spinach, and finally salmon.
  4. Sprinkle seasoning over salmon and bake 25-30 minutes in 425 deg.F oven.
