Rock Cakes


  

Cooking time: About 15 minutes
Prep time: About 10 minutes

Makes: 6 servings

Directions

  1. Blend first 6 ingredients as if making pie dough. Stir in fruit and milk.
  2. Drop onto greased baking sheet (I use PAM spray) in 1/3 cup portions. Flatten slightly.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar and bake in 350 deg. oven until just beginning to turn golden - about 15 minutes.
