Makes: 1 serving
- 1 flour tartilla
- 1 oz. swiss cheese
- Broil one side of the tortilla 4 - 5 minutes. You want it to get brown but not dark brown.
- Using a cheese plane, slice enough cheese to cover the uncooked side of the tortilla.
- Broil the cheese side 2 minutes.
- Fold the tortilla in half, cheese-to-cheese.
Good served as a cracker with soup, as a vegetarian main dish, or as a snack.
You can also add meat, salsa, mushrooms, etc. along with the cheese to make this an entre.
