Quick Quesadillas

Directions -

  1. Broil one side of the tortilla 4 - 5 minutes. You want it to get brown but not dark brown.
  2. Using a cheese plane, slice enough cheese to cover the uncooked side of the tortilla.
  3. Broil the cheese side 2 minutes.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half, cheese-to-cheese.

 

Good served as a cracker with soup, as a vegetarian main dish, or as a snack.

You can also add meat, salsa, mushrooms, etc. along with the cheese to make this an entre.
