Makes: 2 servings.





  1. Heat 12" wok over high heat until drops of water sizzle and dance.

  2. Add oil and 4 kernels of popcorn. Cover wok.

  3. After 4th kernel pops, add remainder of popcorn and turn heat to low.

  4. When popping rate slows down, stir or shake wok a few times. Turn off heat.

  5. When popping stops, sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of popcorn seasoning and serve.
