Makes: 2 servings.
- 1 T. light olive oil
- 1/4 cup popping corn
- 1/2 t. popcorn seasoning
- Heat 12" wok over high heat until drops of water sizzle and dance.
- Add oil and 4 kernels of popcorn. Cover wok.
- After 4th kernel pops, add remainder of popcorn and turn heat to low.
- When popping rate slows down, stir or shake wok a few times. Turn off heat.
- When popping stops, sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of popcorn seasoning and serve.
