- 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 3 T. mayonnaise
- 3 T. bread crumbs
- Coat thighs with mayonnaise and roll in the bread crumbs to coat,
- Arrange in open baking dish and bake 55 minutes at 375 deg.F
My wife has made this recipe for decades. Our kids grew up on it.
It's based on a recipe from the San Francisco Chronicle, probaly from the 1970s.
