Lemongrass Beef

Cooking time: About 5 minutes

Ingredients

    

Directions -

  1. Mix well in a bowl the lemongrass, minced green onions, caramel fish sauce, and soy sauce.

  2. Stir in the sliced beef and marinate 20 minutes.

  3. Oil a hot griddle and sear beef strips 2 minutes per side.

  4. Add beef, apple, chile lime sauce, basil, chopped green onions, and peanuts and stir.

  5. Serve with steamed rice.
