Chinese Long Beans (Haricot Verte) with Pine Nuts

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup. pine nuts
- 1 lb. Chinese long beans (haricot verte), cut into 2" pieces.
- 1 T. mild olive oil
- 2 t. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 t. salt
Directions
- Spread pine nuts on cookie sheet. Roast 12 minutes in 325 deg.F oven. Don't let them burn.
- Steam beans 10 minutes or until tender.
- Add all ingredients. Toss and serve.
