Green Beans With Peanut Sauce
Cooking time: About 12 minutes
Prep time: About 10 minutes
Makes: 12 servings cups
- 2 lb. fresh green beans
- 5 oz. can of water chestnuts, drained
- 1 2/3 cup peanut sauce
- Wash beans, remove stems and cut into 2 - 3-inch lengths.
- Steam beans about 12 minutes or until just tender.
- In a serving bowl, mix beans with water chestnuts and peanut sauce.
