Green Beans and Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 T. mild olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 6 mushrooms, sliced
- 6 oz. long green beans (haricot verte), cut into 2" pieces.
- 2 T. water
Directions
- Heat olive oil in wok.
- Add garlic, beans and mushrooms. Stir fry 5 minutes.
- Add water, cover, and steam 3 minutes.
