Chinese Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage, about 3 lbs, shredded
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 2 packages Ramen noodles
- 4 oz. slivered almonds
- 2 T. sesame seeds
- 2 T. sesame oil
- 1/2 cup mild olive oil
- 2 t. dry mustard
- 3 T. rice vinegar
Directions
- Toast almonds and sesame seeds 12 min. in oven at 300 deg. F.
- Put oil, vinegar, mustard, and one package of Ramen flavoring in a small jar with a lid. Tighten lid and shake vigorously to make salad dressing.
- Crush Ramen noodles in their packages.
- Just before serving, mix in a large bowl the cabbage, onions, crushed noodles, almonds and sesame seeds. Add salad dressing and toss well.
