Cheese Sauce with Swiss Chard

Ingredients
- 1 T. mild olive oil
- 1/4 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 8 oz. swiss chard, chopped
- 4 oz. low-fat milk
- 1 oz. mozarella (string cheese), minced
- 2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 romano tomato, chopped
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 8 oz. cooked pasta, warm
Directions
- Saute onion and garlic 2 minutes in oil at medium heat. Add chard and saute another 2 minutes.
- Stir in other ingredients and heat 2 minutes.
