Baked Halibut

Prep/marinade time: About 1 hour

  1. Marinate halibut in wine at least 1 hour. Drain.
  2. Mix yogurt and chopped onions.
  3. Lay halibut in baking dish, skin-side down.
  4. Spread yogurt mixture on top of fish.
  5. Cover yogurt with the bread crumbs and paprika.
  6. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes in 450 deg.F oven.
