Sumac Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup minced yellow onion
- 7 t. malt vinegar
- 3 t. ground sumac
Directions
- Mix all ingredients
Keeps for a week or so in a capped bottle in refrigerator.
Good served on fish, in fish tacos, or as a dip.
