Sauteed Shrimp
Cooking time: About 5 -10 minutes

Ingredients
- 8 - 10 oz. deveined and peeled shrimp, cooked or raw.
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, partly mashed
- 1/2 t. dried basil
- 1/2 t. dried marjoram
- 1 t. dried parsley
- 1 t. paprika
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a pan, and saute garlic 3 minutes. Remove garlic.
- If using raw shrimp, saute 5 minutes, with stirring until they turn pink.
- Add herbs and white wine.
- Simmer, covered, 3 minutes.
- Serve warm, poured over polenta toast or rice.
