Romaine Heart / Pepita Salad

Makes: 2 servings





  1. Cut lettuce lengthwise into quarters.
  2. Spread the cut side of each quarter with 1 T. pepita sauce.
  3. Arrange quarters on broiling pan, sauce-side up. Grill 5 minutes to brown lettuce and sauce.
