Romaine Heart / Pepita Salad

Makes: 2 servings
- 1 heart of Romaine lettuce.
- 4 T. pepita sauce.
- Cut lettuce lengthwise into quarters.
- Spread the cut side of each quarter with 1 T. pepita sauce.
- Arrange quarters on broiling pan, sauce-side up. Grill 5 minutes to brown lettuce and sauce.
