Ricotta Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 8 oz. ricotta cheese
- 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 2 t. dried thyme
- 1/2 t. Creole seasoning (Tony Chachere's)
Directions
- Pulverize the dried thyme.
- Blend all ingredients.
Good as a dip or for spreading on crackers.
Any extra will keep in the refrigerator for several days.
