Makes: 3 servings
- 3 cups bow tie pasta
- 20 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 3 oz. prosciutto, chopped
- 4 T. grated Asiago cheese
- Boil pasta in water 15 minutes. Drain.
- Mix with other ingredients and serve warm.
I put this dinner together during a trip to Venice. I served it with a spinach/tomato salad.
