Persimmon Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 325 deg. F.
  2. Beat egg and mix in sugar, persimmon pulp and baking soda.
  3. Mix in the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, salt melted butter and milk.
  4. Grease a 4x9" bread pan. Pour in pudding mixture. Bake 55 minutes.
  5. Serve with a dollop of yogurt on each serving.
