Mushroom Hummus Soup

Ingredients
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup dried hummus mix
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Directions
- Heat oil in a soup pan.
- Add mushrooms and onions and saute 10 minutes
- Add corn and dried hummus mix and simmer 5 minutes
- Mix in yogurt and cilantro and heat 3 minutes. Serve.
