Fried Fish with Mojo De Ajo
Prep time: About 10 minutes
Cooking time: About 12 minutes
Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 2 6 - 10 oz tilapia filets
- 2 T. lime juice
- 2 T. flour
- 1/4 t. pepper or Cajun seasoning
- 1 T. olive oil
- 2 T. mojo de ajo
- 1/4 cup white wine
Directions -
- Marinate fish in lime juice 1 hour in refrigerator.
- Mix flour and seasoning on a plate.
- Coat fish with flour.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Fry fish 5 minutes.
- Turn fish and fry another 2 minutes.
- Pour wine and 2 T. mojo de ajo between fillets and steam, covered 5 minutes.
- Place fillets on plates and pour sauce over each.
