Goan Fish Curry

  1. Rub some salt on both sides of fish fillets. Let rest 10 minutes in refrigerator.
  2. Stir fry onions in olive oil with mustard, chili powder and curry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add garam masala, coriander, cumin and turmeric and stir fry 5 minutes.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes and stir fry 3 minutes.
  5. Add the coconut milk and lemon juice and simmer 3 minutes to finish the sauce.
  6. Add fish fillets, cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Good served on cooked rice and topped with some chopped cilantro.
