Cranberry Relish

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole raw cranberries, washed
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1 small onion ( 1 - 1.5 oz)
- 1/3 cup agave syrup (or sugar, maple syrup)
- 1 T. ground horseradish (or more if you like spicy)
Directions
- Grind cranberries and cut up onion in a meat grinder.
- Blend all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Modification of a 1959 recipe from Susan Stamberg's mother-in-law.
Use as a side dish or a dip.
