Crab Bisque Soup
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Prep time: About 5 minutes
Makes: 2 - 3 servings
- 10 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup
- 5 oz. canned crab meat, drained
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 green onion, minced
- 3 T. dry sherry
- In a 2 qt. soup pan, heat mushroom soup, milk and half-and-half. Stir often.
- When it bubbles, add crab, green onion and sherry. Heat until it bubbles again. Serve.
