Cornmeal Pancakes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Makes: 8    4-inch pancakes

    

Ingredients

    

Directions -

  1. In a large bowl, mix the six dry ingredients.
  2. Blend in the yogurt, oil, milk and egg.
  3. Lightly oil a heated skillet and cook pancakes, turning when bubbles form around the edges.

Serve with your choice of maple syrup, berries, yogurt and/or sauteed apples.
