Chicken Mushroom Taco

Ingredients
- 1 T. olive oil
- 4 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut 1-inch thick
- 1/4 cup chopped mushroom
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 T. green enchilada sauce
- 1 9-inch flour tortilla
Directions
- In a dry skillet on medium heat fry the chicken breast 10 minutes. Turn and fry 5 minutes.
- Remove chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Meanwhile heat oil in pan and saute mushrooms and onions 10 minutes in a separate pan.
- Add enchilada sauce and cubed chicken. Saute 3 minutes.
- Place mixture in tortilla, wrap and serve.
