Prep time: 15 minutes
Baking time: 45 minutes
Makes: 1 1/2 cup of nibbles
- 1 cauliflower (about 2 1/2 lbs.)
- 1 t. garlic salt
- 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
- Remove all florets and cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
- Cut all stems across the grain into 1/2 inch slices.
- Toss with salt and oil to coat all pieces.
- Spread evenly on a large cookie sheet and bake 30 minutes at 450 deg. F.
- Stir pieces and bake another 15 minutes.
Serve as an appetizer.
